Schedule: Submission of Application Form for Kanyashree Prakalpa (K2) for the UG 1st Semester Girl Students of B.A./B.Sc./ B.Com.

Under Graduate 1st Semester Girl Students of academic session 2019-20, who are aspiring to get Kanyashree Prakalpa (K2) Scholarship of Govt. of West Bengal, are hereby directed to submit the relevant documents needed to apply for the Scholarship to the Students’ Support Cell of this College. Details about the Venue, Time and relevant Documents for the submission of the same are as follows:

Document to be submitted:

1.   ‘White form’ of Kanyashree Prakalpa (K2) with Photo of the applicant affixed in it (Photo should be in white or blue background) in original

2.   Self-attested photocopy of the front page of the Bank Passbook

3.   Self-attested photocopy of the Aadhar Card of the applicant

4.   Self-attested photocopy of the Voter ID Card of the applicant

5.   Signed photocopy of the Aadhar Card of the Father/Mother/Local Guardian

6.   Signed photocopy of the Voter ID Card of the Father/Mother/Local Guardian

7.   Certificate from the Local Councillor certifying the Unmarried Status of the applicant (with affixed photograph of the applicant, duly attested with the stamp of the certifying authority) in original

8.   Self-attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the applicant

9.   Self-attested photocopy of the Caste Certificate of the applicant (if relevant)

10.    Self-attested photocopy of the Student ID card (issued by the College Authority) of the applicant

Students are further directed to strictly follow the above Timetable, as dates may not be extended beyond the schedule.
